Project
Process
Deliverables: I identified and consider developing possible deliverables such as copy (e.g. taglines, slogans and body copy), as well as magazine and/or display ads, social media content and merchandise/swag.
Target Audience: On top of conducting secondary research, I consulted with the client, Aaron Freitas from FOX Factory, and determined the primary and secondary demographic (i.e. male, late 20s to early 50s, wealthy with disposable income as this activity may cost 10k per day, car enthusiast, seek adventure, etc).
Brainstorm & Ideation: With a heavy emphasis on this being "the first ever trophy truck driving school," I looked into other relevant brands and potential competitors for inspiration for the main story/narrative to focus on for the campaign. Some examples include Red Bull, Monster, Geiser Brothers, AC Ranch and Trophy Lite.
Creative Direction: After looking at various examples of influencer marketing, sponsorship ads, and even merch concepts, I settled on a creative direction and identified qualities that best aligned with my vision for the campaign.
Final Design & Style Guide: With various photographs the client provided, I developed a series of campaign assets based on a simple but cohesive brand scheme.
